[Metisse] Include cstdio and segfault

Hi,

I encountered some problems trying to compile and run Metisse on Ubuntu 
9.10. On Ubuntu 8.04 and 8.10 everything worked fine.

As with GCC 4.4, it seems that cstdio has to be included explicitly when 
needed. The attached patch adds this include and so I can compile again 
(on AMD64 here). Maybe you should check if this include also misses in 
other files.

Also me and some other person who asked for help on a forum keep getting 
a Segmentation fault when executing Xmetisse. Are there chances for this 
to get fixed?
