Now with the Ia Ora themes (and some others) there are no more
bar. So, we should add a stick button which indicate the state
of the window (as in the Metisse theme). I would like to do
something for "cursor over window buttons".

This is fixed.

I've applied it (and I hope to "fix it" one day).
So, every thing should be updated nucleo, fvwm-insitu (version is now
2.5.20) and metisse of course. Other visible thing added:
- Border of Ia Ora has been "improved" (from exterior to interior:
#CFD7DF (1 pixel), #DFE7EF (2 pixels)).
- Colour of the shadow for unfocused window title text is now
#8692A6
- I hope that shaders works on any reasonable machine now. Can you try
Ctr l-Super S and move the cursor over different window (Ctr l-Super-Alt S
to stop). This is just testing stuff for now.
- I've simplified theme selection (no more Window/Colours selection
only meta-themes).
