[Metisse] AutoScale mode?

The stuff has disapeared it was only configuration (not c++ code). I do not
like so much automatic things (IMH user should have the controle) and they
were usability problems (try to click on a button at the moment where
a window is transformed :o/)

Try to send to FvwmCompositor (via FvwmEvent) the command AbsoluteScale 0.66
(at enter event) and  AbsoluteScale 1 (at leave event) and similar command
at Map/Add window to reproduce this "feature".
